Bellydance can be a fascinating and unusual subject for a talk or demonstration at your community, social or health group meeting.

Typically these types of event involve Claire giving a short demonstration performance in full costume, followed by a presentation or talk on the history and background of Egyptian dance, the bellydance scene in the UK and the health and social benefits of bellydance as a pastime.

If members of the group are interested, there would then normally be a very short, low energy bellydance taster for 10 to 15 minutes. This could obviously either be omitted or extended depending on the people who will be there!
